At SNLCC, Women & Girls cricket is a major focus for our club and an exciting area of growth. We’re committed to continuing to build the game and invest strongly in our Girls’ programme.

We’re proud to offer a complete girls-only pathway — starting from Guppies (U7), right through to U16, and into our Senior Women’s teams. This gives our players a clear progression as they grow, develop their skills, and move through the grades within a supportive environment.‍

Our Senior Women’s Pathway provides a competitive and structured environment for players looking to play high-quality club cricket.

We offer clear opportunities across multiple levels of the women’s game — from our Premier Women competing at the highest level of Auckland club cricket, through to our Development & Reserve sides, that support emerging and returning players.

Our Junior Girls program provides a fun, supportive, and structured environment for young players beginning or developing their cricket journey.

We offer clear opportunities across multiple age groups — from introductory and skills-based programmes through to competitive junior grades. Each stage is designed to build confidence, fundamental skills, and a love for the game, while preparing players for future progression within the club.
